Whole person health care

Mile High Behavioral Healthcare provides integrated healthcare services to support our clients on their path to becoming stronger, healthier, and self-sufficient. Appointments for existing adult and adolescent clients are available with a physician’s assistant in a supportive space for physical exams, wellness checks, care for minor illnesses and injuries, gender-affirming care, basic psychiatric medications such as antidepressants, and MAT treatment. Clients must already have established care with a Mile High Behavioral Healthcare therapist in order to schedule an appointment with our physician’s assistance.

Wellness
Committed to offering a friendly, open healthcare clinic, we put the client first without stigma or judgment. We believe it is essential that our clients recognize the importance of wellness, health, and sexual health, so we offer public health education and gender-affirming care for adults and adolescents.

Adolescents
We empower adolescent clients to engage in gender-affirming healthcare and treatment for physical health, mental health, and risky substance use by providing non-judgmental education on the importance of health and wellness. We are currently unable to prescribe HRT for clients under the age of 18.

PrEP
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, or PrEP, is commonly known as the HIV prevention pill. PrEP includes different medication options. We offer resources about PrEP, prescriptions, and in-clinic follow-ups.

MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT / MAT

Sharing our space, Front Range Clinic is a group of addiction professionals helping individuals struggling with addiction through Medication Assisted Treatment or MAT. Meeting individuals exactly where they are, they offer treatment to anyone seeking help. They help with a range of addictions, including alcohol, benzodiazepines, cocaine, heroin, meth, and prescription opiates.

Our healthcare team offers a whole-patient approach to support the recovery of individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. An evidence-based practice, MAT combines medication with counseling and other behavioral therapies, all clinically driven and tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
